Getting Prepared...
I ordered seed today (it’s slow at work) for most of my summer garden. I ordered from Seed Savers Exchange (their website can be found in the post from last week). I really wish I could just order from local seed stores and support small business, but I’m still pretty upset about getting crappy seed (see previous posts). Hopefully I’ll love the varieties I chose and can save seed...

What a difference a week makes...
The high today is supposed to be 80 degrees! The past two days have been in the mid-70s and sunny. This has given me the chance to finish tilling and get my spinach and radishes planted. After work today, tomorrow, and Wednesday I’ll be planting broccoli transplants, cabbage transplants, romaine lettuce transplants, bibb lettuce, carrot, and turnip seed. I’m excited that Daylight...
