The main goal of this blog is to provide me with a record of my efforts, successes, and failures. One thing I particularly want to have built by the end of this growing season is a catalog of seed, plant, and fruit pictures so that I know what things are supposed to look like. I’ve been having to use google image search alot.
In an effort to keep up with my pictures catalog I’m about to post pictures and info on all the different types of seeds I’ve just started. Plus, what’s a blog without pictures!
So these are the seeds for my Ancho Gigantea peppers that I got from Seed Savers Exchange. This type pepper is supposed to be great for sauces and excellent for stuffing. I’ve heard people say they just like to eat them raw, right of the plant! You can see what Seed Savers Exchange say about them (and all the other seeds I got from them in my post on April 14th.
