Croftstone Acres Farm

We are a very small operation in Greenville, SC experiencing our first year. This year is all about learning. Plans are to eat or share the majority of what is produced and to sell any potential excesses. I hope to eventually be a multi-plot urban farm that provides extra income for my family and fresh, nutritious food for the families in Community with us. I also hope to create relationships, further knowledge, increase beauty, and glorify God through our farm and its radius of influence.

This is the Chocolate Beauty pepper seed. The fruits have just your average green bell pepper flavor while they’re still green. If you let them ripen to a dark brown/chocolate kind of color then they reportedly have a very good sweet flavor.

All the pepper seed just reminds me of the pepper “flakes” seasoning in pizza restaurants.
