This is the radishes, spinach, and romaine lettuce that I harvested tonight. I used some of the spinach in my supper; everything else is going to be eaten in a Mother’s Day salad!

We are a very small operation in Greenville, SC experiencing our first year. This year is all about learning. Plans are to eat or share the majority of what is produced and to sell any potential excesses. I hope to eventually be a multi-plot urban farm that provides extra income for my family and fresh, nutritious food for the families in Community with us. I also hope to create relationships, further knowledge, increase beauty, and glorify God through our farm and its radius of influence.
