Croftstone Acres Farm

We are a very small operation in Greenville, SC experiencing our first year. This year is all about learning. Plans are to eat or share the majority of what is produced and to sell any potential excesses. I hope to eventually be a multi-plot urban farm that provides extra income for my family and fresh, nutritious food for the families in Community with us. I also hope to create relationships, further knowledge, increase beauty, and glorify God through our farm and its radius of influence.

I wanted to share a good springtime picture. We have a good number of flowering trees in our neighborhood. This one is in our neighbor’s yard right next to our driveway. This morning when I left for work there were a bunch of pink petals from this tree in the bed of my truck. As I hit about 40 mph they all started blowing around and trailing out the back of the truck. Part of me thought it was beautiful; part of me felt my manliness being threatened
